Writing:

Every job is different; each is assessed to best meet your needs.
After a no cost, no obligation Q & A discussion, we'll agree on the requirements and investment to get the job done. I will present you with a quote and simple agreement stating specific responsibilities, time frames and terms that will satisfy your requirements for your project. One third of my fee is due then; the balance is due upon completion.
Every job quote includes:
  • Two Hour Minimum
  • Research time
  • One follow-up meeting - if needed
  • Writing - all drafts including final
  • 2 revisions after final draft - if needed
  • Necessary travel and expenses
  • NO HIDDEN SURPRISES!
What's not included:
  • Additional revisions or meetings - If needed, they are priced at my standard hourly rate.
  • Anything not specifically stated in our signed agreement.

Several aspects of a web site must be set up through third parties. Prices are subject to change without warning.


Set-up charges (one time only):
Registering a Domain Name: $ 15.00 per year up to ten years
Research & Intialization $ 43.50
*Subscription to a host server: $ 15.00 per month - billed quarterly
*Includes a free email address (additional email available for $3 each)

Quarterly charges:
Subscription to a host Server: $ 45.00 (15.00 per month)
Maintenance: $ 25.00 per hour
    (Minimum charge of one hour per quarter)

Design and Site Creation:

Web Design: $ 30.00 per hour
Graphic Design: $ 45.00 per hour
Digital Photography, Image-Editing & Optimization: $ 50.00 per hour
Writing: $ 55.00 per hour
Light Maintenance and Updates: $ 25.00 per hour

Special Deals Include: Domain registration, host server subscription, site design.

#1: Only $289.50 - Domain name for two years, a Primary page plus TWO additional secondary pages, Complete set up and activation, and a fully paid first quarter. (3 months).

#2: Only $399.00 - Domain name for two years, a Primary page plus FIVE additional secondary pages, Complete set up and activation, and a fully paid first YEAR.
