Lindsey Dyer, the Bride, is a 2004 mid-term graduate Of Ottumwa High School and is employed at the EconoFoods Grocery in Ottumwa.
Derek B. Christy, the groom, is also an alumnus of Ottumwa High School who graduated in 2002.
He enlisted in the US Army in July of 2002 and completed basic training at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
He is now a Private First Class (PFC) Cavalry Scout in the 1/509th Airborne Division stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
Justice of the Peace, Sam Erhardt, married the couple in a private ceremony at 11am, January 3, 2004 at the Izaak Walton League Lodge in Ottumwa Iowa. A dinner and reception followed immediately after to celebrate with friends and family. |
